#vacancy #Senior #salesmanager #enablement We are looking for a Senior Sales Enablement specialist for a global fintech company Responsibilities • Develop and deliver sales training (product, positioning, methodologies) • Build onboarding and continuous learning programs • Maintain and improve the unified sales process • Create and update enablement materials, tools, and playbooks • Track enablement KPIs and provide reporting • Lead adoption of new tools and processes • Support sales talent development • Collect market and competitive insights for training content • Manage enablement budget and evaluate vendors Requirements • Proven experience in Sales Enablement / Sales Excellence / Revenue Enablement • Strong knowledge of sales methodologies (SPICED, MEDDICC, SPIN, Challenger, etc.) • Experience in training, coaching, and instructional design • Ability to simplify complex product information • Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills • Excellent communication and facilitation abilities • Data-driven mindset • Professional English Work Format • Hybrid (3 days in the office) • English-speaking team Locations • London • Cyprus • Dubai contact for details r.khaldeeva@getit.agency
