Описание вакансии: We’re looking for a People & Talent Partner to own recruiting, people operations, and team culture as Data Never Lies grows. This is a part-time, remote role with gradual ramp-up, direct work with the CEO, and real influence on how the company is built. The focus is on growing our candidate community (mainly in Kazakhstan), putting order into people processes, and creating an environment where people genuinely like working. Experience in People / HR / Talent in small or growing companies (tech, product, or agency preferred). Strong conversational English (calls, negotiations, explaining, joking). Comfortable working remotely and independently. Proactive, people-focused, structured, with a sense of humor. Experience with ATS / HR systems (Airtable, Zoho Recruit are a plus). Russian is a plus, but not required. Remote-first, flexible schedule with part-time workload and gradual ramp-up. Real ownership across recruiting, people ops, and culture — not just “support”.
