This role is about accuracy, structure, and consistency — keeping documents, invoices, and internal systems clean, complete, and under control. You’ll work independently and make sure admin details never become a problem for the team or the founder. Naturally organized, detail-oriented, and reliable. Comfortable with structured, repetitive, accuracy-critical work. Able to work independently and follow clear rules and checklists. Experience in admin, operations, CRM/ERP systems, or invoicing is a plus, but not required. Calm, methodical, and not afraid of “boring” work done well.
