Responsibilities: • Defining and maintaining product vision, measurable success metrics, and business objectives, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and customer needs. • Owning the day-to-day decisions that maximise ROI for customers and the business. • Translating the vision and strategy into a forward-looking roadmap, and a backlog of prioritized epics and releases that deliver maximum value. • Making informed decisions on product scope and trade-offs, balancing user impact, technical feasibility, risk, and budget / timeline constraints. • Engaging with stakeholders to gather insights and continuously refine the product goal and track product KPIs, customer feedback to improve product performance Soft Skills: • Analytical thinking – ability to understand complex systems and analyse technical and business problems. • Problem-solving skills – ability to troubleshoot issues and propose efficient, costeffective solutions. • Strong communication skills – ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders, Product Owners, and technical teams. • Team player mindset – ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams. • Attention to detail – ability to identify minor issues, ensure accuracy, and produce high-quality documentation.
