Позиция: Senior Data Analyst Формат работы: удаленно Локация кандидата: вне РФ Занятость: полная Ожидания по зарплате: 4000-5000 USD гросс 📮Контакт для связи: @olga_mentor80 ❗️Responsibilities: - Analyze product performance metrics to improve engagement, retention, and monetization. - Provide accurate, reliable, and actionable insights to support product development and feature improvements. - Design and develop dashboards, reports, and alerts to monitor product health. - Conduct research and deep-dive analyses to better understand player behavior. - Work closely with product, game design, and marketing teams to support data-driven decisions. ❗️Job Description: - Extract and analyze product data from internal databases and event tracking systems. - Use SQL and Python to process, analyze, and interpret large datasets. - Clean and transform raw data into structured datasets for analysis. - Analyze key product metrics such as DAU, MAU, retention, funnels, conversion rates, ARPU, feature usage, and in-game behavior. - Conduct cohort analysis, segmentation, and exploratory research to identify growth opportunities. - Support A/B testing and product experiments, including setup validation and results analysis. - Assess the impact of new features, LiveOps activities, and product changes. - Collaborate with stakeholders to define important product metrics and provide data-backed recommendations. - Present findings to product leadership and support strategic decision-making. ❗️What We Expect from You: - Strong Analytical Skills – 3+ years of experience in product analytics, business intelligence, or data analytics. - Mobile Gaming Experience (a plus) – Understanding of player behavior, in-game economy, LiveOps mechanics, and monetization models (IAP, ads) in mobile games. - Technical Expertise – Strong SQL knowledge; practical experience with Python (pandas, data analysis, basic statistics); experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar). - Product Understanding – Solid understanding of product metrics related to engagement, retention, and monetization. - Research & Experimentation – Experience conducting analytical research, investigating product changes, and analyzing A/B tests. - Collaboration & Communication – Ability to translate analytical findings into clear business recommendations and work effectively with cross-functional teams. - Educational Background – Bachelor’s degree in an analytical field (Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, or related). - English Proficiency – Strong verbal and written communication skills are a plus.
