Media Buyer (TikTok) Format: Remote / Full-time English: B1+/B2 📋 What you will do: • Independently launch and manage advertising campaigns on TikTok • Work with the iGaming / gambling vertical • Register, prepare, and warm up advertising accounts • Organize infrastructure: accounts, payment solutions, trackers • Integrate trackers and configure event transmission • Work with pixels and events • Test hypotheses, creatives, audiences, and funnels • Analyze metrics: CTR, CPC, CPA, ROI, LTV, etc. • Scale profitable funnels • Adapt advertising strategies to different GEOs (Turkey, USA, African countries) • Find and implement new approaches in creatives and funnels ✅ What we expect from the candidate: • Real and recent experience launching ads on TikTok • Experience in gambling or other gray verticals • Understanding of platform rules, moderation nuances, and restrictions • Experience working with GEOs: Turkey, USA, Africa • Understanding of audience differences by region and behavioral specifics • Ability to create creatives (including using AI and Canva) • Experience testing and scaling funnels • Confident work with analytics and key performance indicators • Experience independently organizing launches: accounts, payment systems, trackers • Willingness to start quickly without lengthy infrastructure setup • Work with pixels • Understanding of moderation bypass principles and technical campaign setup 💎 What we offer: • Work with international markets • High budget and scaling opportunities • Fast decision-making • Competitive compensation (fixed + % of profit / KPI) • Full autonomy in your area of responsibility
